As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of HR activities, including workforce planning, recruitment, and supporting managers with complex employee relations issues.Responsibilities Included:Coaching and supporting managers with complex employee relations issues, such as absence management, performance management, and grievancesProviding advice and support to staff and managers on terms and conditions, employment policies, and proceduresDeveloping and facilitating HR workshops and training activitiesManaging HR processes, including fixed-term consultations, promotions, and the reward and recognition processCollaborating with HR Managers and the wider HR team to identify and deliver initiatives and projects that continuously improve the serviceSkills and Attributes:Proven track record in successfully delivering generalist HR casework, including recruitment/selection, absence management, performance, and grievancesExperience using HR information systems and ability to interpret and analyse statistical HR dataProblem-solving approach with the ability to adapt your style as the work dictatesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with managers and staffCommitment to service excellence and continuous service improvementAt ..... full job details .....
