HR Officer

GBR Recruitment Ltd are proudly working exclusively with a well established and highly progressive construction and civils business employing over 500 FTE''s, recruiting for an experienced HR Officer to support the SMT and all employees with all HR processes, with a key focus on Employee Relations, Training and Systems, providing relevant training and coaching, ensuring adherence to Company policies and employment legislation.This role is based on-site 5 days a week at the clients Leicestershire depot and will also involves trips to live construction sites within the county to support Site Managers. The client is seeking a HR generalist, ideally with a CIPD L5 qualification or working towards it currently (they do offer support for all employees looking to up-skill and achieve additional qualifications). Knowledge of the construction, civils, manufacturing or MandE sectors is beneficial.
