HR Officer - Financial Service Salary 50,000Based in Tower Hill, City of London Hybrid Role - 3 days in the office, 2 at home A leading global insurance provider is looking for an HR Officer to join the team in the London office. The role will see you providing HR support across the business, advising managers on employee relations, managing end-to-end recruitment, and supporting training and development. You will also maintain accurate records on Workday, contribute to wider HR projects, and play a key role in building strong relationships across the organisation.Duties include: Act as a key point of contact for HR queries, providing consistent advice and guidance across the businessBuild strong relationships with managers and employees through high-quality HR service and supportAdvise line managers on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency in practiceSupport employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, attendance and performance management processesManage end-to-end recruitment campaigns, from advertising through to interviews, selection and feedback, with a focus on quality and cultural fitSupport learning and development, including meeting CPD requirements, sourcing cost-effective solutions, and designing/delivering bespoke training coursesMaintain and update employee records and use HRIS (Workday) to input, track and compile data and reportsBuild and manage relationships with external providers, negotiating contracts and monitoring ..... full job details .....
