Human Resources Officer We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation operating across hospitality, travel, retail, leisure, and international events. The business delivers a range of services including installation, maintenance, and technology solutions. About the Role As HR Officer, you will support both management and employees across the full employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in developing the HR function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, compliance, and effective people support. Key Responsibilities Employee Relations Provide advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law Manage grievances, disciplinary processes, investigations, and conflict resolution Recruitment and Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment including adverts, screening, interviews, and offers Carry out onboarding, including Right to Work and DBS checks HR Administration Maintain accurate employee records in line with GDPR Prepare contracts, offers, and HR documentation Manage absence, holidays, and employee data Performance and Development Support appraisal and performance review processes Coordinate training and development activities Compliance and Reporting Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company policies Monitor updates in legislation and advise managers Produce monthly HR reports Absence and HandS Support Manage absence processes and return-to-work cases Support Health and Safety compliance and risk assessments Payroll Support Assist with ..... full job details .....
