Working at the heart of a significant period of organisational change, you will play a key role in ensuring that council-wide restructuring activity is accurately reflected within Oracle HCM and related systems. This includes maintaining organisational structures, reporting hierarchies, positions, and employee records to support business continuity and workforce management. Alongside critical operational activity, the team will contribute to transformation initiatives aimed at improving processes, simplifying ways of working, and supporting the development of a more modern, efficient and digitally enabled HR service.
