Description

An HR Officer to:

  • Provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Coordinate and support recruitment processes, including job advertisements and interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and produce regular reports.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies.
  • Provide training and support to managers on HR-related matters.
