Your responsibilities in your role as a HR Officer

You''ll be responsible for helping with the day-to-day operations of the HR team. You duties could include, but are not limited to:

• Recruiting, screening and interviewing, hiring and dismissing employee as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures
• Helping with hiring and training procedures for new employees
• Coordinating and directing work activities for managers and employees
• Regularly meeting with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
• Promoting a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
• Managing and supervising other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry our proper tasks
• Understanding and adhering to pertinent labor laws
• Assisting with developing training and development programmes
• Assisting with performance management procedures
• Scheduling and overseeing wellness and health programs

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We''re looking for someone with a degree in Human Resources or a related field, with professional membership or a CIPD qualification. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and approachable HR professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You''ll bring proven experience in HR, with a solid understanding of employment law, policies and best practices, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
