The Role:

Strategic HR officer required for growing distribution and warehouse company to support the delivery of a comprehensive and professional HR service across the business.

Main Duties

• Employee Relations
• HR Administration
• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Policy & Compliance
• HR Systems & Reporting

Qualifications / Skills

• 3-5 years'' experience working in HR
• CIPD Level 3 qualification minimum,
• Up-to-date working knowledge of employment legislation. 
• Strong reporting and information gathering skills to support operations.
• Advanced excel skills.
