Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end new starter and on-boarding process. Issue contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentation. Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed accurately and on time. Maintain employee records and update HR systems. Support hiring managers with onboarding queries and process guidance. Coordinate inductions and ensure a smooth transition for new employees. Monitor onboarding compliance and right-to-work documentation.
