Provide first-line day-to-day advice, guidance and hands-on support for Managers and employees across a wide range of people matters. Work with line managers to ensure headcount levels are maintained, driving and coordinating all recruitment activities to include dealing with recruitment enquires, advertising, screening and interviewing.
