This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR professional who enjoys operating across both strategic and operational HR, partnering closely with leadership while supporting a dynamic workforce. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted HR partner to managers and senior stakeholdersProvide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance managementSupport and drive HR strategy, policies, and best practice across the businessLead on recruitment processes and workforce planning initiativesOversee onboarding, training, and employee development programmesEnsure compliance with employment legislation and internal policiesManage and improve HR processes, systems, and reportingSupport organisational change projects and continuous improvement initiativesChampion a positive employee experience and inclusive workplace culture Requirements:Proven experience in a HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor/Officer roleStrong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practiceConfident handling a wide range of complex employee relations casesCIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum; Level 7 desirable) or equivalent experienceExcellent communication and ..... full job details .....
