What you''ll be doing:As HR Manager, you''ll lead the charge in making HR work efficiently and effectively across the business.HR OperationsManage day-to-day HR activities across the UK, India and the USA.Oversee onboarding, contracts, engagement initiatives and off-boarding with accuracy and care.Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, offering clear and timely HR guidance.Performance and EngagementManage the Competency Framework and Coach and Connect cycles to support development and career growth.Coordinate probation reviews, performance conversations and engagement check-ins.Keep engagement high through proactive communication and follow-up.Compliance and AdministrationMaintain and update HR policies and processes across all entities.Support ..... full job details .....
