Working closely with senior leadership, you will:
- Lead and evolve their HR function across a diverse manufacturing workforce.
- Provide strategic input into business decisions and growth plans.
- Strengthen employee engagement, culture, and retention.
- Support managers with pragmatic, commercially focused HR guidance and training.
- Develop and implement policies that scale with the business.
- Drive continuous improvement in people processes and performance.
