Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of the day-to-day HR function and provide support and guidance to eight managers across the business. Initially, this will be a hands-on, operational role focused on reviewing and improving existing HR processes, ensuring contracts, employee records and policies are accurate and up to date, and introducing greater structure and consistency across the business. As the HR function develops, there will be genuine opportunity for the successful candidate to become increasingly involved in the wider HR strategy.
