The Council is looking for an experienced, hands-on HR generalist who can provide immediate support across the full range of HR activity. The successful candidate will primarily focus on maintaining BAU HR provision, while also supporting some elements of the Council''s significant Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) programme. The role Lead and support a broad range of generalist HR activity across the Council. Provide effective HR advice and guidance to managers and employees. Work closely with the existing HR Manager and wider HR team to ensure continuity of service. Support the Council through its ongoing LGR programme where required.
