HR Manager - Full TimeLocation: West End, LondonSalary: 55k - 60kHours: Full-time, hybrid working I am partnering with a highly regarded strategic advisory firm, who are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead their people function. Reporting directly to the COO, this is a standalone role with responsibility for the full employee lifecycle, covering HR operations, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working autonomously, building strong relationships across a business, and driving best practice people initiatives. What you''ll do: Lead and manage the day-to-day HR function across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on performance management, employee relations matters and HR best practice. Oversee HR operations, including HR systems, employee records, leave management and HR documentation. Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and DEandI initiatives, helping to foster a positive and inclusive culture. Identify learning and development needs and coordinate training programmes to support individual and business growth. Own the performance management process, including reviews, promotions and talent development initiatives.
