HR Manager

The Bukola Group is delighted to be partnering with a growing and ambitious business to recruit a standalone HR Manager for a newly created opportunity based in Thame. This is an excellent role for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys operating across the full employee lifecycle while working closely with senior leadership to shape and improve people processes. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to manage the HR function while influencing positive change across the organisation. The Opportunity Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering both operational and strategic HR support across the business. This is a standalone position requiring someone who is confident working independently, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving continuous improvement. Based in the area of Thame, you will occasionally travel to other company locations within the UK and Europe. Key Responsibilities Managing all day-to-day HR operations Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities Advising managers on employee relations matters including performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance issues Managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding Ensuring HR policies, procedures and documentation remain compliant and up to date Supporting organisational change initiatives where required Maintaining HR records, reporting and compliance requirements Driving improvements to HR processes, ..... full job details .....
