Previous experience working within education is not essential; candidates with a strong HR background from other sectors are encouraged to apply.The successful HR Manager will work closely with senior leaders and the Trust''s HR team, providing professional HR advice and guidance across a range of employee-related matters.Key ResponsibilitiesAs HR Manager, you will be responsible for:Managing recruitment, selection and induction processes across the Trust.Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and staff.Managing employee relations and case management, including complex and sensitive cases.Supporting and advising on absence and sickness management.Providing guidance on employment policies, procedures and employment law.Supporting performance management and staff development.Managing and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.Working closely with senior leaders and school management teams.Liaising ..... full job details .....
