This role is offered on a hybrid basis.  The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for the development of the recruitment strategy, taking a lead role in delivering improvements and designing, delivering and evaluating new recruitment initiatives. In addition, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for talent performance metrics and reporting, candidate sourcing, and pipeline management.
