      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | This is a HR role with a broad generalist remit with a clear roadmap of upcoming HR projects ranging from systems, a focus on development, coaching managers and employee relations.  The internal populations are wide ranging from support functions, scientific and technical, commercial through to governance and education.   The organisation is a key player within the sports industry from testing and standards of equipment, regulation and governance through to promotion and development of their sport.   This is a newly created role, as they have recognised a number of key areas where they can elevate HR to being more pro-active to the organisation.   The HR team is very stable, they all have a passion for the organisation and the people and the team. With a strong awareness of the direction they want HR to progress in this role will be a mixture of BAU and also several projects.
