The internal populations are wide ranging from support functions, scientific and technical, commercial through to governance and education. The organisation is a key player within the sports industry from testing and standards of equipment, regulation and governance through to promotion and development of their sport. This is a newly created role, as they have recognised a number of key areas where they can elevate HR to being more pro-active to the organisation.
