      <description>Location: Warrington | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | HR Manager (Projects) Location: Warrington - Hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite) Salary: £50k - £56k 20 month FTC I am looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead HR projects across complex business change and growth.  This is a hands-on HR project delivery role, ideal for someone with proven experience delivering people change, particularly within a unionised environment. What You''ll Do  Lead HR workstreams from project initiation through to completion. Manage TUPE transfers, restructures, changes to working practices and new ways of working. Lead employee consultation and build effective relationships with trade unions and key stakeholders. Work closely with HR specialists including Reward, LandD and HRBPs to deliver successful outcomes. Provide expert guidance on complex people matters. Ensure projects comply with employment legislation, HR policies and best practice.
