Experience gained within healthcare, care or another highly regulated, people-intensive sector would be particularly valuable.We are supporting an established organisation with the appointment of an Interim HR Manager. Reporting directly to the CEO and managing a small junior HR team, you will provide hands-on HR leadership while helping to maintain a positive, compliant and well-supported workforce.This is a busy and varied role within a high-turnover, people-focused environment. You will need to be comfortable balancing competing priorities, managing complex employee relations matters and providing pragmatic advice to managers. The organisation intends to recruit permanently but requires an experienced interim professional who can make an immediate impact.Key responsibilitiesLead the day-to-day HR function, ensuring a responsive and effective service across the organisation. Manage, coach and develop a small junior HR team. Take the lead on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability, absence and wellbeing cases.
