HR ManagerAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a leading organisation based in Coleraine.This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position.Hours of work: £60,000 - £65,000Salary negotiable (dependent on experience).Job Purpose: You will be responsible for having the overall responsibility for the leadership, development and delivery of the HR function across the business. This will include working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, and combine strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational deliveryEssential Criteria:7+ years'' experience in HR, including significant experience in an HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner or equivalent senior HR leadership role.Proven experience leading and developing an HR function within a fast-paced organisation.3rd level qualification in Human Resource Management, Business or a related discipline.Strong working knowledge of UK and Northern Ireland employment legislation and HR best practice.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and implement the company''s HR strategy in alignment with overall business objectives and growth plans.Act as a trusted strategic advisor to the Managing Director and senior leadership team on all people-related matters.Translate business strategy into practical people plans, workforce requirements and HR priorities.Provide insight and recommendations on organisational capability, workforce risks, people costs and future talent requirements.Ensure HR activity ..... full job details .....
