What You''ll Be Doing Partnering with managers and leaders to provide expert HR guidance and support. Leading on employee relations matters, including performance, absence management, disciplinary and grievance cases. Driving employee engagement, retention and people-focused initiatives. Building strong relationships across the organisation and embedding a positive people culture. Supporting and delivering HR projects, policies and strategic initiatives. Working with leaders to identify talent, succession planning and development opportunities. Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activity.
