      <description>Location: Wakefield | Salary: 55000.00-55000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | HR Manager opportunity working for a leading organisation based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. Wakefield office based and offers hybrid / home working. This role is a full-time permanent role 40 hour contract There is travel required in the role to their sites in the North of England as and when needed. Duties and responsibilities include:  Providing HR advice and support to managers on all HR and employee relations matters. Producing Weekly management reports. Producing and sending offers of employment. Ensuring that leavers forms are completed by managers for Payroll purposes and that the relevant deductions are being made. Supporting managers with long term sick and general absence management. Providing training to managers on HR topic areas. Utilising Apprenticeship Levy Fund for company-wide training. Producing monthly HR up-dates on changes to the business, leavers and starters. Producing and up-dating company policies and procedures. Implementing new HR schemes and initiatives.
