HR Manager Location: Ipswich Salary: 50,000pa- 55,000pa Type: Full-time, Permanent, 4 days a week in the office, 1 day from home A well-established, family-oriented business is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and deliver a professional, commercially focused HR function. With a strong emphasis on people, collaboration and long-term relationships, the organisation prides itself on maintaining a supportive culture where employees are valued and encouraged to develop their careers. Reporting into the senior leadership team, this is a standalone role with administrative support and offers the opportunity to influence both operational and strategic people initiatives across the business. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on all HR matters.Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management and HR best practice.Lead complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and flexible working matters.Oversee recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring the attraction and retention of high-calibre talent.Identify workforce development needs and support succession planning initiatives.Produce and analyse HR metrics, reporting trends and insights to senior stakeholders.Review, develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with employment legislation and best practice.Support organisational change projects and continuous improvement initiatives.Promote ..... full job details .....
