HR Manager Up to £48,000 + Great Benefits Kidderminster (Initially onsite) This is more than a HR role - it s about leading people through change. We re partnering with a global organisation with a strong UK presence, looking for a hands-on HR Manager to support a business on a genuine transformation journey. The Opportunity: You ll take ownership of the HR function across a UK population of c.75 employees (manufacturing and distribution), supported by an HR Administrator/Executive Assistant. This is a broad, operational HR role with real strategic impact, where you ll be central to delivering cultural and organisational change, developing managers and building capability, driving engagement and wellbeing initiatives, and supporting business-critical people decisions.
