HR Manager / People PartnerPinpoint Resourcing are currently working with an exciting business based near London Bridge to source an HR Manager to lead the people function. This standalone role offers the opportunity to partner closely with leadership, providing expert support across employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR operations.ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for HR matters across the businessManage employee relations cases, including performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance issuesLead performance and development processesManage end-to-end recruitment and talent attraction activitiesOversee HR operations, including onboarding, contracts, payroll support and employee lifecycle administrationEnsure HR policies and practices remain compliant with UK employment legislationSupport employee engagement initiatives and people-focused projectsRequirementsCIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)Proven HR generalist experience, ideally within a professional services environmentStrong employee relations and recruitment experienceConfident working independently and managing a standalone HR functionGood working knowledge of UK employment lawStrong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skillsSalary + other information:£60,000 - £70,000Based near London BridgeHybrid working arrangement - 3 days in the office 2 days from homeIf you are interested in the role, please apply!Due to the anticipated high volume of applications ..... full job details .....
