This is a broad generalist role supporting the UK business, with a strong focus on employee relations, manager coaching and delivering practical people solutions. You''ll work closely with senior stakeholders to support business performance, engagement and retention. Key Responsibilities Partner with managers and senior stakeholders on a range of HR matters. Provide advice across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance, absence and grievances. Coach managers on effective people management and development. Use people data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities. Support talent, succession planning and learning initiatives. Lead and contribute to HR projects and change initiatives. Promote an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture. About You Proven experience in a generalist HR Manager or HR Business Partner role. Strong employee relations experience with confidence coaching managers. Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. Commercially aware with strong stakeholder management skills.
