HR Manager - Part time - Milton Keynes 22 hours per week.Join this progressive and reputable MK company as HR Manager supporting several departments including Commercial and Technical. This is a key role delivering a full HR management role, offering HR strategies and initiatives.You''ll partner with managers and teams to deliver HR solutions that strengthen performance, engagement and growth. Acting as a trusted partner to various teams across the business, you''ll balance strategic HR planning with hands-on support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and workforce development.Duties to include:• Implement local HR strategies aligned with business priorities and site needs.• Provide guidance to managers on people management, workforce planning and performance.• Use HR data and analytics to inform decisions and enhance employee experience.• Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to embed global processes and best practices.• Oversee core HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance, and compensation.• Champion engagement and well-being programs, ensuring a safe and inclusive culture.• Advise on employee relations and compliance, partnering with Site Council when required.• Contribute to HR digitalisation and process-improvement projects.Essential requirements:• CIPD Level 5, bachelor''s or master''s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.• Extensive HR experience, including in a partnering role.• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and workforce ..... full job details .....
