Series A Fintech Start Up HR Manager Rapid Growth Antal / Parkside have been instructed to source a HR Manager for a Series A Start-Up based in the City, London. As we scale, we''re looking for an HR Manager to build and lead the people function from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with leadership, and creating the people, culture, and processes that enable a high-performing team to thrive. You''ll have the opportunity to shape how we hire, develop, support, and retain our people - while helping build the foundations of an ambitious fintech business. The Role As our HR Manager, you''ll own the full HR function and act as a trusted partner to the leadership team. You''ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution - from recruitment and onboarding through performance management, employee relations, policies, engagement, and people development. This is an ideal role for an HR professional who wants significant ownership and enjoys building things rather than simply maintaining established processes.
