Interim HR Manager Greater London Area (Hybrid) 2-3 Months (Likely extension) 350- 450 per day Inside IR35 Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week Panoramic Associates is currently working with a charity sector client based in the Greater London area to support the appointment of an Interim HR Manager for an initial 2-3 month contract (with likely extension). This role has arisen to provide interim cover during a period of internal absence. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations, with a focus on employee relations, compliance, and line manager support. The organisation is open to both full-time and part-time working arrangements. Responsibilities of the Role: Lead on a wide range of employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management. Provide professional HR advice to managers in line with employment law and best practice. Coach line managers on handling people issues confidently and fairly. Support policy reviews and ensure compliance with legislative updates. Maintain accurate documentation and liaise with legal advisors where necessary. To be successful in the role you will have: Strong HR generalist background with a focus on employee relations. Proven experience managing complex ER cases from end to end. Excellent working knowledge of UK employment law. CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience). Confident in advising senior stakeholders and navigating sensitive conversations.
