Key Responsibilities: HR Generalist Support and Advisory You will deliver first-line HR guidance across various people matters, enabling managers to handle situations confidently. Success will be measured by the confidence reported by managers and the timely resolution of HR queries. Employee Relations and Case Management: Manage a range of employee relations cases, ensuring they are documented fairly and legally. You will be responsible for resolving cases within agreed timelines and reducing long-term absence.Onboarding and Talent Acquisition: Support Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate recruitment and deliver a high-quality onboarding experience for new starters. Your effectiveness will be reflected in positive feedback from new employees.HR Data, Reporting and Systems: Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS and produce regular reports to support data-driven decision-making.
