The Role Reporting into the senior leadership team, the HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, managing HR operations, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to managers, lead employee relations activities, support learning and development programmes, and contribute to wider organisational objectives through effective people management. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the HR function and HR team. Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and performance issues. Review, develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Support managers with coaching, development and workforce planning. Deliver employee engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives.
