Our ClientAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a successful and growing manufacturing business in South Tyneside. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role will lead the people agenda during a period of significant growth, investment and organisational development. This is a broad and influential position, offering the opportunity to shape people strategy while remaining close to day-to-day operational HR activity. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting workforce growth, organisational change, talent development and employee engagement. The working week is compressed Mon-Thurs with Fridays off.What You''ll DoKey responsibilities will include: Partnering with senior leaders to support business growth and organisational objectives. Leading succession planning, workforce planning and talent development initiatives. Advising on organisational change, business transformation and employee engagement activities. Supporting recruitment, onboarding and apprenticeship programmes. Coaching and developing managers to enhance leadership capability. Providing expert guidance on employee relations matters and employment legislation. Ensuring HR policies, processes and compliance frameworks remain effective and up to date.
