The role has been created as a genuine deputy to the Head of HR, offering the opportunity to influence strategy whilst maintaining hands-on involvement in complex operational and transformation activity. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day operational delivery of HR services across a multi-site organisation.• Act as a trusted adviser on complex employee relations, employee engagement and organisational change matters.• Support significant growth activity including TUPE transfers, school integrations and workforce transformation projects.• Oversee payroll, pensions, compliance and people operations.• Drive continuous improvement across HR systems, processes and reporting.• Develop meaningful people analytics and workforce insights to support decision making.• Build strong relationships with senior leaders, Headteachers and key stakeholders across the organisation.• Act as deputy to the Head of HR and provide leadership across the wider HR team Ideal candidateWe''re looking for an experienced HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
