Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Work closely with senior leaders to shape long-term workforce initiatives, ensuring people practices reinforce organisational goals and compliance obligationsLead the full cycle of recruitment, from designing role briefs and advertising to interviewing, selection, and welcoming new hires, with a focus on attracting and keeping strong talentAct as a point of contact for employee queries and workplace concerns. Promote a healthy and inclusive culture by resolving conflicts and guiding staff through sensitive issuesOversee review processes for probation and annual appraisals.
