HR ManagerNear Hayes 60,000- 65,000 + Excellent Benefits Full-Time, On-Site (5 Days Per Week)Morgan Philips is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit an experienced and proactive HR Manager.This is a highly visible role with responsibility for leading the people agenda across a fast-paced operational environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing employee relations, driving employee engagement, enhancing EDI initiatives, developing management capability, and overseeing all day-to-day HR operations.Please note: this is a fully site-based position, requiring attendance on-site 5 days per week at the company''s location near Hayes.
