HR Manager Location: Bedfordshire / Buckinghamshire Border Salary: £55,000 £65,000 + Benefits Contract: Full-Time Permanent Sector: FMCG / Manufacturing The Business We are partnering with a fast-growing, privately owned manufacturing business with a strong reputation for quality, innovation and operational excellence. Following significant investment, continued growth and ambitious future plans, the business is looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to build structure, strengthen people processes and support the next phase of development. The Opportunity This is a broad and hands-on HR leadership role reporting directly into senior leadership. The successful candidate will take ownership of the HR function across the business, supporting operational teams whilst also helping shape the wider people strategy. The business is looking for someone confident working both strategically and operationally, capable of building credibility across all levels of the organisation.
