Client Details   This organisation is a well-established independent preparatory school   Description    Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.  Maintaining contracts, employee records and HR documentation.  Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.  Supporting performance management, absence management and employee wellbeing initiatives.  Managing employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances and investigations.  Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, safeguarding requirements and organisational policies.  Overseeing HR systems, reporting and workforce data.
