HR Manager

Reporting into senior leadership, the Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle and deliver a comprehensive HR service across the organisation.Client DetailsThis organisation is a well-established independent preparatory schoolDescriptionManaging end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.Maintaining contracts, employee records and HR documentation.Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.Supporting performance management, absence management and employee wellbeing initiatives.Managing employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances and investigations.Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, safeguarding requirements and organisational policies.Overseeing HR systems, reporting and workforce data.Coordinating learning and development activities and staff training programmes.ProfileThe successful candidate will demonstrate:Strong generalist HR experience across the employee lifecycle.Experience managing employee relations cases independently.Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.Experience maintaining HR systems and producing management information.Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Job OfferSalary between 42,000 and 52,000, dependent on the level of experience.Permanent position in the not-for-profit sector.Based in London.5 Days a week on siteIf you''re interested in this role, apply now.People are at the heart of Michael Page.
