Founded in Manchester, the group manages the whole property lifecycle, from acquisition and development through to leasing, operation and asset management. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an HR Manager to lead our people strategy and shape the employee experience across the group. Responsibilities Lead the HR function across all four companies, setting priorities and managing the HR team Develop and deliver an HR strategy that supports the group''s growth and business objectives Advise directors and senior leaders on complex employee relations, organisational design and workforce planning Oversee the management of high risk casework, including disciplinaries, grievances, tribunals and settlement discussions Ensure the business remains compliant with UK employment law, and review and update policies as legislation changes Lead recruitment and retention strategy, working with managers to attract and keep strong talent Drive performance management, learning and development, and succession planning Use HR data and insights to report on trends and recommend ..... full job details .....
