HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our team and lead the day to day function of the HR Department. This is a hands-on role for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with people and managers, providing practical advice and helping to create a positive, engaged and high-performing workplace. The Role As HR Manager, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle and provide trusted HR support across the business, including: Managing employee relations matters including performance management, investigations, hearings and outcomes Coordinating occupational health and medical referrals where required Reviewing and developing HR policies, procedures, organisational structures and equality monitoring Overseeing weekly payroll and benefits administration, including pensions, healthcare, vehicles and Cycle to Work Maintaining and developing HR systems in preparation for future integration with the Vortex HRIS Partner with the Talent and Workforce Manager and hiring managers on workforce planning, recruitment requirements and selection, with Talent and Workforce leading the end-to-end recruitment process.
