With engineers making up the majority of the workforce and constant hiring needs, you''ll be at the heart of keeping the people function running smoothly.The RoleThis is a busy, end-to-end HR role with a strong focus on:Recruitment and Onboarding Managing daily recruitment activity for engineers across the UKCoordinating interviews, vetting candidates, and issuing offersPreparing contracts, onboarding and induction packsMaintaining systems and ensuring smooth candidate journeysManaging a constant flow of vacancies - there''s rarely a quiet dayTraining and ComplianceOverseeing training compliance (HandS, working at height, asbestos, etc.)Managing the training matrix and tracking expiriesBooking and coordinating coursesEnsuring all certifications and licences are up to dateHR OperationsSupporting probation reviews and performance processesManaging employee lifecycle administration (including leavers)Maintaining HR systems and documentationEmployee Relations and AdvisorySupporting managers with ER cases (disciplinaries, probation issues, etc.)Advising on best practice and employment lawUpdating policies, handbooks, ..... full job details .....
