HR Manager

We are working with an established, global organisation with offices in North Yorkshire who are seeking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function here in the UK. Supporting a small team across a number of sites, the successful candidate will be looking for a challenging opportunity where they can lead, drive and implement change, reporting into the global HR Manager, key duties and responsibilities will include; Leading the Human Resources team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the wider business.Significantly contribute to the Group HR practices and objectivesConsistently focus on engendering a high-performance cultureLine management of Human Resources team including training, career development and appraisalsKeep job descriptions up to date, accurate and relevant to assist the performance management programmeImplementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvementMeasuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvementManaging talent and succession planningImplementation of services, policies and programmesActively manage all Employee relations issuesWork closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, support morale, and increase productivity and retention.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of people.Coaching managers on performance management issues and providing development guidance for ..... full job details .....
