Our client is well-renowned in Hampshire within the Professional Services industry, who are seeking an experienced and emotionally intelligent HR Manager to support the Senior Leadership Team by providing high-quality coaching and advice. Based on the outskirts of Portsmouth, paying up to £60,000 DOE, with lots of great company benefits. You will be reporting into a highly experienced Managing Director; this is absolutely not an opportunity to be missed. What you ll do: Provide high-quality coaching and advice to the Senior Leadership Team, including absence management and performance reviews. Provide mentorship to an HR Assistant who will be reporting to you. Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits and employee relations. Develop, implement and manage HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate employee records. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience within a Senior HR Manager role with leadership and management responsibilities. Strong knowledge of HR Fundamentals and UK employment law. Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
