HR Manager / Senior HR Advisor, Teesside Salary up to 45,000 Jackson Hogg are delighted to support a business based in Ingleby Barwick with the appointment of stand alone HR Manager on a permanent basis. You will be supporting the wider business with their HR needs and implementing updated policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Working closely with internal colleagues and stakeholders to provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance Acting as first port of call for any HR related queries Updating company HR policies and procedures Keeping HR systems and processes up to date Employee lifecycle - recruitment, onboarding, training and development Monitoring sickness, absence, performance management and employee engagement General HR administration and compliance We are keen to speak with experienced HR / People Advisors who are open to working in a stand-alone environment.
