HR Manager opportunity - Manufacturing company based close to Thirsk, North Yorkshire£35,000 - £45,000 - Fully On-site - You must be within commuting distance or be willing to relocate.This company have recently had external investment and are going through an exciting period of growth. You will play a key role in the continuing success of the business.We are looking for someone who has worked in HR roles where you have covered all aspects of the position - Employee Relations and Case Management, Recruitment and Onboarding, HR Administration and Compliance, Policies and Practical Structure, Performance, Manager Support and Reporting.Ideally CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent practical experience)Employee Relations and Case Management Manage disciplinary, grievance, absence and capability cases end-to-end to ensure timely, fair and legally compliant outcomes. Provide practical guidance to line managers on day-to-day people matters to reduce escalation and build confidence in handling issues locally. Maintain accurate documentation of all cases to ensure defensible and consistent decision-making. Monitor absence and behavioural trends to identify recurring issues and support early intervention.Recruitment and Onboarding Lead recruitment activities from advert drafting through to offer and onboarding to ensure operational roles are filled efficiently.
