HR Manager, Oswestry, Shropshire £45,000-£50,000 Office based, permanent HR Recruit is currently seeking an experienced HR professional for our forward thinking business for a stand-alone role. The HR Manager will report directly into the Directors. This role offers the variety and scope within a fast paced environment. Role ResponsibilitiesDesign and work across HR projectsSupport managers and team leaders on all recruiting mattersAdvise managers and provide guidance on HR policy and proceduresKeep up to date with UK employment legislationManage investigations and complex employee relations issues including redundancy and grievanceEnsure employee relation cases are managed to meet best practice requirementsDevelop and maintain HR policiesMonitor and develop performance appraisal systemsMonitor all employee records to include maternity, paternity requests and absence and sickness and provide regular reports to the senior management teamManage HR personnel files to ensure they are kept up-to-dateDevelop starter and leaver proceduresPerson SpecificationProven HR generalist experienceThorough, up-to-date knowledge of employment lawAbility to work autonomouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional planning and project management skills and experienceIn return you will receive a salary of between £45,000-£50,000 (depending on experience) HR Recruit are a national HR focused recruitment agency.
