Provide expert guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management and organisational development matters. Lead and support organisational design, restructuring and change management projects. Develop and implement workforce planning and succession planning initiatives. Analyse people data and trends to support decision-making and improve business performance. Drive employee engagement and retention strategies across the organisation. Manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring a fair and compliant approach. Support compensation, reward and benefits initiatives, including annual salary review processes.
